The Mindful Rabbit is owned by Sara a native to the North Shore of Long Island. Sara's private studio and therapy rooms are located in Babylon Village, 

 

Sara holds numerous New York State, and national/international certifications from education to holistic healing and wellness practices. She has been working with essential oils for over 30 years and is a certified Aromatherapist, Couples/Marriage Counselor, Crystal & Chakra Healer, Reiki Teacher, Energy Healer Hand Mudras Specialist, Life Force Energy Healer, Spiritual Life & Guidance Practitioner, Manifest Coach/Mentor, Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Meditation Guide, and a Breathwork & Trauma Coach.  Sara is also a Somatic Intuitive Practitioner holding a certification in Biodynamic Somatic therapy and is also a Silent Counseling Practitioner. Sara offers private sessions for most of her services but also has small group and class workshops.

Sara teaches meditation, grounding techniques, life motivation and self-help skills, self-empowerment/embodiment therapy sessions & trauma and blockage release healing techniques.

How did the business name come to be?

The rabbit is my spirit guide, a symbol of my grandmother, who is always around me.

 

The ladybug is a reminder that even the little things are messages from beyond. I believe God is with us every step of the journey, all we need to do is believe we are conscious creators of our own beautiful lives.
